‘JOSIE’S LA LA LAND’

Having read Josie’s moving story in a local newspaper, we approached her family to see if they would gave their blessing to a short film we wanted to make. They did and this is the result – a moving story of a fourteen year old’s battle against leukeamia. To make the film more striking, we went with the bold decision of not having any characters. By showing images that don’t directly relate to the voice over, we could free the viewer’s imagination and let them go on a very personal journey.The stunning soundtrack was composed and performed by Philip Sheppard.
